Cauliflower has been one of my favorites as a kid, till this day and this is a very very easy recipe I picked from Mum and my son loves it too. Its delicious. I think twice before making this for the reason it needs to be deep fried. Although I dont frequently make them I do make it when the vegetable is in season.
Cauliflower : 200 gms broken into mini florets
Egg : 1
Chilli powder : 1/2 tsp (I’ve used less)
Salt as needed
Soak cauliflower in boiling water with salt for 5 mins. Drain
Heat oil for deep frying
Sprinkle chillipowder and salt. Keep aside
Beat egg well.
Add the mini florets to the beaten egg
Deep fry in hot oil
